Engineering & IT Services

Betadrix provides software development, AI development, web development, mobile application engineering, cloud consulting, and managed IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and warranties of any client engagement are governed strictly by a separate signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) between Betadrix and the client.

Intellectual Property Rights

All original platform content — including text, visual graphics, source code, component libraries, dynamic UI assets, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Betadrix or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content from this site without express written consent. Client IP rights for custom deliverables are transferred in full upon completion of milestone payments per the signed SOW.

Confidentiality & Bilateral NDAs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betadrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or service downtime. Our aggregate financial liability for any claim arising from an active service engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.
